On Anchored in CLE, I did a weekly fitness update to help keep myself accountable and keep track of my progress on all things health & fitness. I also used this to keep track of my 10K training so far. I’m going to continue this on here from now on, so here we go 🙂
Welcome to another Weekly Fitness Update, where I recap the week’s workouts and any other miscellaneous health/fitness-related thoughts. Thanks for helping me keep myself accountable 🙂
This week was better than last week, but still had more rest days than I would’ve liked. My foot pain is back on-and-off so I’m not really sure what to do. I’m just going to keep taking it day by day. It’s not extremely severe, but it is a bit uncomfortable. Every once in a while if I step the wrong way, it’ll turn into a sharp pain. I hope I don’t have to see a doctor 🙁
Monday: I did 25 minutes on the elliptical and 5-10 minutes of stretching.
Tuesday: 2.25 miles walking on the treadmill.
Wednesday: Rest day.
Thursday: 60 minutes of yoga (tried for the first time!!)
Friday/Saturday/Sunday: Rest. Though I did have a very productive weekend and spent a lot of time on my feet running errands and doing chores. Also on Friday and Sunday I woke up to new lows on the scale, which was exciting.
