Weekly Fitness Update #3

The week started out pretty good, but trailed off towards the end of the week/weekend.
Here’s Monday’s short run:

Wednesday was an off day, so Thursday I decided I really wanted to go for a bike ride, so my mom & I ventured to a new place, Bradley Woods Reservation. It was pretty nice! It was very wooded, so it was nice and cool… a little buggy, but otherwise it was fun.

And that was about it for the week. I spent the weekend celebrating my mom’s birthday so didn’t get time for much else – although we did do quite a bit of walking around, so hopefully that helps! I’m still trying to get in some longer runs, but this humidity hasn’t been favorable. Also, as we’re getting ready for our ย move, things will probably get hectic so I don’t know how the next 2 weeks will go in terms of that. I’m still working on it though, & that’s all I can do.

I’m trying not to let the scale ruin my attitude. I haven’t seen very much change so I know I’m not doing enough, and it’s definitely frustrating/disheartening at times, but I’ve just got to work harder. Do more.

Run more. Eat less.
