Welcome to another Weekly Fitness Update, where I recap the week’s workouts and any other miscellaneous health/fitness-related thoughts. Thanks for helping me keep myself accountable 🙂

The week started out pretty good, but trailed off towards the end of the week/weekend.
Here’s Monday’s short run:
Tuesday was a bit better:
Wednesday was an off day, so Thursday I decided I really wanted to go for a bike ride, so my mom & I ventured to a new place, Bradley Woods Reservation. It was pretty nice! It was very wooded, so it was nice and cool… a little buggy, but otherwise it was fun.
And that was about it for the week. I spent the weekend celebrating my mom’s birthday so didn’t get time for much else – although we did do quite a bit of walking around, so hopefully that helps! I’m still trying to get in some longer runs, but this humidity hasn’t been favorable. Also, as we’re getting ready for our move, things will probably get hectic so I don’t know how the next 2 weeks will go in terms of that. I’m still working on it though, & that’s all I can do.
I’m trying not to let the scale ruin my attitude. I haven’t seen very much change so I know I’m not doing enough, and it’s definitely frustrating/disheartening at times, but I’ve just got to work harder. Do more.
Run more. Eat less.
