Welcome to another Weekly Fitness Update, where I recap the week’s workouts and any other miscellaneous health/fitness-related thoughts. Thanks for helping me keep myself accountable 🙂 Check out last week’s if you missed it!
This week didn’t go quite as planned. It started off fine, with a decent run on Monday… but I wasn’t able to run as much as I wanted. I would’ve liked a longer run on Wednesday and a 4th run at some point, but it didn’t happen. Hopefully this coming week will be better!
Here’s Monday’s run:
Afterwards, I saw that I was SO close to 100 total miles…
1.01 miles on purpose. (Technically went longer but stopped at 1.01 for a reason).
Just so that I could see this:
Sunday’s run was awful. It started off great, but about halfway through I got super exhausted, weak, and felt like I could pass out. I didn’t, thankfully… but I think I didn’t eat or drink enough before starting. Bad move. The last half of this run was SO slow… I felt like a zombie. Oh well.
On another health-food note… do any of you juice? I’ve been thinking of trying it! What’s it like?
Also, what kind of juicer do you use/recommend?
