Life Through The Lens: Weekend Fun & More Birthdays!

This past weekend was so much fun, and even though Mike & I are a little worn out from all the adventure, it was definitely worth it! And the fun doesn’t stop just yet, either. But I’ll get to that after the photos!

{Mike & I all ready for a night out in Kent for our friend Arielle’s birthday! What a hilariously fun night. It was great to see our friends again and I’m pretty sure we didn’t stop laughing the whole night!}

{Mike & I went to brunch with my mom at FirstWatch – it never disappoints! Seriously, my favorite place for a nice healthy breakfast. They had these superfood specials! I especially love the little “fun fact” at the bottom because I adore quinoa.}

{We went to the Horseshoe Casino for my friend’s birthday, so I got this shot of the Key Bank tower in Cleveland!}

{We also went to a Lake Erie Monsters game for her birthday! It was Cleveland Browns night, so they had these awesome Browns-inspired jerseys on. It was a blast, even though Mike & I were pretty exhausted from being out late the night before. Good thing we’re still young – sort of. Ha!}

So that is a recap of all the fun we’ve been having! Well, a glimpse is more like it haha because there’s a lot we didn’t take pictures of & pictures I didn’t post, but I’ll leave those for memory & Instagram! All in all life’s been great, though. I feel so blessed to have so many amazing people in my life. Sometimes I feel like I need to pinch myself to remind myself it’s real. And I also need to take the bad days with a grain of salt. But you live and you learn, right?

So on Wednesday, Mike is turning 25! We’re planning on going to Shinto (one of our favorite restaurants, as I’ve said before) and I have a few surprises planned for my man 😉 Then on Sunday, we’re going down to Columbus with my mom and his friend for Joe’s Crab Shack, then the Columbus Blue Jackets game after as another birthday celebration for him! So again, another busy week, but in a good way. And more amazing food, too! Hope you have a great week, as well 🙂

Tell me what’s going on in your life & what you have planned for the week in the comments!
