The Girl Behind the Blog: An Introduction

New blogger on the block! πŸ˜‰

Let’s see… where should I begin for this introduction?

Well, first off, my name is Jessica πŸ™‚

As of this writing, I am in my last semester at Kent State University for my Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing. I will be graduating in May 2013. During my time at Kent, I was a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority, Alpha Phi Omega co-ed service fraternity, and I founded a To Write Love On Her Arms (TWLOHA) UChapter on campus. I commute to Kent now, and I’m living in the suburbs of Cleveland; and even though sometimes I’d like to get away, I really wouldn’t have it any other way. I live with my boyfriend /Β the love of my life, Mike & our adopted Maine Coon cat, Molly.

I want to use this blog to document and share aspects of my life, as a creative outlet, and to work on my writing & photography. I don’t want to limit this blog in any way, but there are some things you can expect to find on here. Obviously, I’ll be blogging about my life & adventures, local happenings in the Cleveland area, life after graduation, etc. I’ll also be posting about my passions/hobbies/interests. Some of those include: books, music, movies, TV, fashion, food/recipes, photography/art and design, crafts/DIY, and so on. I am also on a fitness & weight loss journey to get healthy. So you will probably see posts about health, fitness, exercise, eating healthy, heart health, etc.

I also expect this blog to evolve as things in my life change, i.e. marriage, family, etc. I’m not at that stage yet, though, so that’s further into the future πŸ˜‰

Anyways, what else can I tell you about me? If you want to know more, or just want to say hi, leave a comment or send me an e-mail. And of course I am on multiple social media sites as well!Β Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and this little introduction to me, and I hope you will find something here that inspires you or that you can relate to.
