I had an absolutely AMAZING time at last week’s Super Sunday event in Uniontown, Ohio. As a new Beachbody coach, I’ve been immersing myself in everything I can and I’m just LOVING it all so far. The closest event to me was about an hour away and on Sunday instead of Saturday, which worked out PERFECTLY because I had my sorority’s Founder’s Day celebration on Saturday.
For those of you who don’t know, Beachbody holds a Super Saturday event every quarter, and they are hosted around the country by Beachbody coaches.
WHAT IS NATIONAL SUPER SATURDAY?
It’s our quarterly get-together, where Coaches from across the USA come together at hundreds of events to prepare for the next quarter, recognize success, share tips, and MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!
I brought my boyfriend Mike and my friend Will with me to the event. We got to meet the event’s host, Dan, and hear some of his story. We also got to watch a video from corporate and some training from 3 coaches. My favorite part of the event was learning more about Shakeology, though. The workout was awesome, too. We got to do a snippet of a bunch of Beachbody’s workout videos including T25, P90X3, TurboFire, PiYo (the new workout coming this summer!), and more! It was just a lot of fun to be around other coaches who all love the same things: health & fitness, and helping people 🙂
We also got to sample some of the P90X protein bars, which I haven’t had before. They were really good! I think I liked the Wildberry Yogurt the best, but they were all tasty.
Tina Sparks gave an amazing presentation about all of the ingredients in Shakeology, what they do for your body, and why that sets Shakeology apart from any other over-the-counter protein drink. (Shakeology is so much more than just a protein drink, FYI).
