I am a HUGE fan of rosemary and I use it often in my cooking, however I did not know you could drink it as a tea. When I was asked to try Buddha Teas, I was very intrigued by the rosemary tea and am so glad I decided to try it! It’s different, but if you like rosemary, you will love it. It’s very smooth and refreshing – I preferred to drink it without any sweetener (since rosemary isn’t naturally sweet). I haven’t tried this as an iced tea yet, but I definitely will be soon! (Once we’re down in warmer weather, perhaps?)
Rosemary is a natural source of protein, provides vitamins A & C, and is a natural source of antioxidants. It is also known to help with cancer prevention, improved memory, mood elevation, migraine relief, pain relief, digestive health, and more (source). These benefits are great reasons to try this herbal tea! Rosemary tea has a very strong and distinct flavor that blends well with honey or lemon. You can buy Buddha Tea’s Rosemary Tea right here.
Buddha Tea is USDA Certified Organic, Non-GMO, 100% Kosher Certified, MSG-free, bleach-free, and uses no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. You can learn more about the benefits of Buddha Teas here.
