Curb Your Cravings with MealEnders (Review)

Sugar addiction is so prominent in our country & I will openly admit that my addiction is BAD and is something I’m working on (and will probably always struggle with). Sugar is EVERYWHERE, in practically EVERYTHING, so a lot of the times you don’t even realize how much you consume. My worst problem area is the wonderful, delicious, satisfying DESSERT. But is it really that satisfying? I think a good portion of it is mental. Sugar is also my go-to during that time of the month, when I’m dealing with stress, et cetera. So for me, it’s often also an emotional response. There is no single solution to this problem (besides straight up eliminating it…), but there are ways to combat this! Today, I’m excited to introduce you to one way to help curb your cravings… MealEnders! Do you struggle with overeating? I know I do! I’ve listened to myself, after eating a meal and being completely full, beg for something sweet. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been conditioned to think I need dessert, or what… but it’s NOT GOOD. Extra calories & sugar are not good for us. That’s where MealEnders comes in.

MealEnders Review – Signaling Lozenges That Curb Your Cravings!

These “signaling” lozenges help you curb cravings, learn to avoid overeatingย and master portion control. I know I myself have experienced that feeling of being full but continuing to eat many times – but these habits are detrimental to our health! With MealEnders, we can regain control of our eating habits.

How does it work?

MealEnders consists of two components: a sweet, outer reward layer (that tastes like dessert!) and a cooling/tingling inner core. The outer layer (dessert) is associated with the end of a meal. The inner core goes all tingly on your tongue, signaling to your brain that you’re done eating and clears your palate. Plus, by keeping your mouth and mind busy for those few minutes, you escape the “overeating zone” – which is when you are full but continue to eat because your brain hasn’t received the “fullness” signal. MealEnders are designed to naturally transition you away from those desires to overindulge. You’ll learn how to watch your portions, maintain healthy eating habits, and feel in control when it comes to food.

How do I use it?

There are many ways to use MealEnders, and it’s important to find what works best for you. You can use it at the end of a meal to replace dessert, or when you feel compelled to overeat. This could be when you’re out to dinner and the serving sizes are huge, or when you’re craving a second helping or snacks in between meals. Once you identify your temptations, you’ll want to enjoy a Signaling Lozenge. Let the lozenge completely dissolve in your mouth without chewing or biting – the objective is to savor it and focus on the sensations. You’ll feel your palate cleansing once you reach the inner core and it starts tingling. This is giving your brain time to realize you have had enough to eat. And, of course, for best results, you’ll want to use MealEnders consistently and combine them with a healthy diet and exercise. MealEnders are not a quick fix or a magic elixir – it’s a tool to help you implement healthy habits into your everyday life. Most importantly, each MealEnders signaling lozenge only contains two grams of sugar, 15 calories, and is low-fat, stimulant-free, gluten-free, kosher, and does not contain high fructose corn syrup or MSG.

They come in four flavors: chocolate mint, citrus, cinnamon, and mocha. I enjoyed each flavor, but I think I’d have to pick mocha as my least favorite of the 4. It really depends on your personal preferences though! For more information on MealEnders, visit their website.

Until next time,
