Jillian Michaels’ Maximize Your Life tour is coming to Cleveland – and I’m going!
Here’s the description for the event from Playhouse Square, because how could I say it any better?
Jillian Michaels is one of the leading health and wellness experts in the country. Perhaps considered one of the most inspiring people on television through her role as trainer, wellness expert and life coach on her hit TV shows and regular TV appearances, Michaels has created a brand name for herself. Every week she motivates millions in every form of media from TV to publishing to the 1.6 million monthly visitors to her Web site and daily e-mail newsletter. As a motivator and role model, Jillian has a unique connection with her audience that stems from her own personal journey toward wellness. Before becoming a big media success, Jillian struggled with her own weight. She was determined to reach her goals — and through dedication and hard work, she did.
Imagine. Believe. Achieve. In this live, intimate and uniquely personal evening, America’s health and wellness guru Jillian Michaels shows how to harness your potential, kick-start your goals and live an exceptional life – sharing her keys to health, success and happiness. No hype, no false promises: just results LIVE ON STAGE for the very first time!
I just think it sounds really awesome, and I do want to Maximize My Life! I need to refocus on my health journey, and I think this will be a great motivator. I mean – it’s JILLIAN MICHAELS! Right?
I’m ready to be inspired, empowered, and energized more than ever to reach not only my fitness goals, but my life goals!
Plus, I’ve just really been wanting to try new things lately. Take every opportunity I can. Carpe diem, and all that. My mom is going with me because I think she needs the same thing. Not only will it be a fun mother-daughter bonding experience (and night out in Cleveland), but I think it will also be therapeutic. I don’t really know what to expect, but I know it’s going to be amazing!
I’ve been off and on with my health and fitness goals, which hasn’t been easy. I really want to commit and focus on it, but sometimes it feels like I just have so much going on with my internship and school that I can’t seem to make the time. I need to do this though, I’m going to do this. I’ve already made the decision that I’m going to start seeing a dietician, so I’m working on figuring that out through insurance, etc. But I think it’s something that’s going to really help me, so it will be worth it.
Mike is so supportive, too, which I couldn’t be more grateful for. He is helping me be a better person, he is giving up foods he likes because they’re not good for me, and he motivates me. Hopefully it will teach me to motivate myself better, too. I think making a lifestyle change is a little bit easier when you’re surrounded by love and support. It’s hard to do it on your own.
That’s a little glimpse into my health & fitness situation. An ongoing struggle, yes, but a battle I can win? Absolutely. Especially with some motivation like this tour! I’m also interested to see how I can utilize the information and motivation I’ll get in other areas of my life, too!
