After pouring over the Lorna Jane NOURISH cookbook this past weekend, I was really drawn to the part about active living. This graphic from the cookbook explains active living and it is absolute perfection.
It’s exactly how I am striving to live my life and what I want to inspire others to do as well.

I ordered it immediately 🙂 I also got this cute neon orange headband that I LOVE.
