I have officially been doing the 21 Day Fix™ program for almost 3 weeks now – I guess it’s about time I tell you all about it! Man, these last 3 weeks have FLOWN by. I’ll do a separate post as part of my Weekly Fitness Update on how my experience has been, so this will just be an overview of the program and what it entails.

My thoughts so far:

I’ll go into much more detail in my recap, but I really love this program. The nutrition plan is easy to follow and is really intuitive – and I’m surprised by how much food I’m able to eat. I also really enjoy the workouts – they kick my butt! I modify as needed though. I’m going to be continuing using this program for at least 1 more round, if not more. I have some serious goals I want to achieve and I won’t stop til I do!

One thing I really love and want to experiment more with is “21 Day Fix Approved” recipes. There’s a lot of variety and options, and I’d love to get more creative with my meals. Meal planning and prepping is absolutely key with this program though! Sundays are perfect days for me to do all the work.
